This Privacy Policy explains how Vesuvio Labs LLC ("Vesuvio Labs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites, software applications, and services, including our Microsoft Teams applications and our SMS/text messaging features (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Account and contact information — such as name, business name, email address, and phone number, provided when you register for or communicate with the Services.
Mobile / SMS information — mobile phone numbers and the content of text messages exchanged through the Services, together with related metadata (timestamps, delivery status).
Service data — support tickets, conversation history, and related records processed on behalf of our business customers.
Technical data — log data, device and browser information, and usage information collected automatically when you use the Services.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
To send and receive SMS/text messages that you or our business customers have requested or consented to, such as customer-support replies and service notifications;
To respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. SMS / text messaging

Where the Services include SMS features, mobile phone numbers are collected with the consent of the individual (for example, when a contact provides their number to a business and agrees to receive text updates). You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with third parties. Mobile information and SMS/text-messaging opt-in data will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This category of data is expressly excluded from any information sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services: with service providers and subprocessors (such as cloud hosting and messaging carriers) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; with our business customers whose data we process on their behalf; and where required by law. As stated above, SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared for third-party marketing.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Business customers may request deletion of data processed on their behalf.
